With the help of Vocean’s digital platform, their panel discussions and lectures were transformed into interactive and engaging experiences for the participants.** During the event in Almedalen, Offentliga Affärer organized a series of lectures featuring prominent speakers as well as panel discussions with influential participants. Their seminar tent became a central gathering place for knowledge exchange and discussions on important topics in public affairs. Through Vocean’s digital platform, Offentliga Affärer was able to bring the audience directly onto the stage during its event at Almedalen Week. By using Vocean, participants were able to engage with the panel discussions and actively participate by asking the speakers questions in real time. This created a dynamic and interactive environment that gave participants the opportunity to get involved and contribute to the discussions. Urban Nilsson, CEO and founder of Hexanova Media Group, which organizes Offentliga Affärer, commented: "By involving participants in the panel discussions and enabling direct interaction between them and the speakers, Vocean helped create a unique and interactive atmosphere. Thanks to Vocean’s platform, the audience was able to take center stage, which led to increased knowledge sharing and engagement.” Vocean’s AI features were also utilized during the event. One example of this was a panel discussion that was summarized in an AI report. Based on the submitted contributions, the AI tool was able to identify key topics such as sustainability in public procurement, quality and follow-up, and innovation and flexibility. It also drew conclusions and provided a number of recommendations. Tommy Kollin, CRO at Vocean, who was present at the event to support the organizers, shared this reflection: "We are incredibly proud to have been part of Offentliga Affärer’s event in Almedalen. By using our digital platform, they were able to create an engaging and interactive experience for the participants. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Offentliga Affärer and offering innovative solutions to enhance the event experience.” Vocean continues to be a pioneer in fostering engagement at events. By offering tools to maximize attendee engagement and knowledge sharing, Vocean creates valuable experiences for attendees and helps organizers create successful events. ## Share this post [mailto:https%3A%2F%2Finsights.vocean.com%2Fen-us%2F2023%2F07%2F20%2Falmedalen-offentliga-affarer](mailto:https%3A%2F%2Finsights.vocean.com%2Fen-us%2F2023%2F07%2F20%2Falmedalen-offentliga-affarer) ## Keep reading ### [![](https://insights.vocean.com/hs-fs/hubfs/workshop-fallgropar-header.png?width=1600&height=720&name=workshop-fallgropar-header.png) Knowledge The 10 Most Common Pitfalls of Workshops—and How to Avoid Them](https://insights.vocean.com/en-us/10-vanliga-fallgropar-med-workshops-och-hur-du-undviker-dem?hsLang=en-us) ### [![](https://insights.vocean.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AI-Generated%20Media/Images/Animated%20Questionmark%20Sad%20Left%20Hopeful%20Right.png?width=1536&height=1024&name=Animated%20Questionmark%20Sad%20Left%20Hopeful%20Right.png) Knowledge How the Right Questions Unlock an Organization’s Collective Intelligence](https://insights.vocean.com/en-us/right-questions-better-decisions?hsLang=en-us) Vocean AB © 2026.
