Vocean—a new tool for digital co-creation—is now expanding on all fronts. The team is gaining new expertise, and new international partnerships are in the works.
“Interest in our tool is growing rapidly, which makes us very happy. This means we can recruit more people, but above all, it means we can give a voice to more people around the world,” says Daniel Kassell, CEO of Vocean.
Vocean is a new, inclusive, and groundbreaking tool for digital co-creation. Here, organizations can seize opportunities and address challenges in a smart and structured way by gathering thoughts and ideas from people both inside and outside the organization. This provides multiple perspectives on the same issue and a comprehensive basis for decision-making.
The company was founded in 2018 by Daniel Kassell and Peter Kollin, and now the work has really taken off. Recruitment is currently underway to double the workforce, and the company has recently integrated with Microsoft Teams, which can take users’ Teams meetings to a whole new and creative level.
“Interest in Vocean as a tool is really growing, which is the main reason we need to expand our team right now. In addition, several new collaborations are in the works with major—and world-leading—partners who will help bring Vocean to the global stage,” says Daniel Kassell.
The development team at Vocean is also working hard to continuously improve and refine the tool based on market feedback. Right now, many requested features are planned for release before summer, including an integration with Microsoft Power Platform.
“We strive to maintain close contact with our users. We’re creating this tool for them, so their wishes are important to us,” says Daniel Ekbom, Head of Development at Vocean.
Vocean’s goal is to have one million active users worldwide by 2025, to have collected 100 million value-creating ideas and responses, and to have generated more than 100,000 reports containing insights.
